* Egyptian previous archaic 3000 B.C.
* Ancient Egyptian between 3000 B.C. and 2000 B.C.
* Egyptian classic from 2000 B.C. and 1300 B.C.
* Late Egyptian A.C between 1700 and 700 B.C.
* Demotic 700 B.C. and 400 B.C. although it lasted in the temples.
* After the arrival of Alexander the Great on the Egyptian Court also it was used the Greek.
* Coptic up to 600 A.D. is still preserved in the ceremonies of the Coptic Orthodox Christian Church.
